Plexxcon Remedial have been engaged to complete a Penthouse Slab Remediation project. The project has been split into two stages as follows:

Stage One:

• Scaffolding installed to cantilever out from Level 34
• Installation of temporary steel supports to Level 34 to complete the investigation and determine the extent of concrete remediation required

Stage Two:

• Demolition of the existing structure and reconstruction of the rooftop pool external walls
• Cantilever scaffold installed around the face of the pool wall on rooftop to complete works
• Concrete remediation undertaken to the pool undercroft area and Penthouse balcony
