Plexxcon were engaged to at the end of 2024 to complete water testing and various investigation works at a townhouse complex in St Lucia. The project had been poorly constructed by a builder no longer in operation with incorrect construction methods resulting in water ingress issues and various remediation works required to the individual townhouses. Plexxcon have replaced almost all of the roof terraces inclusive of new compliant waterproofing membranes and tiling and have also completed new drainage and waterproofing to subterranean structural walls on the ground levels as well as make good works.
