Plexxcon are currently delivering re-waterproofing works across three residential rooftops at 40–50 Duncan Street, West End, in close collaboration with Elite FM. Engaged to remediate a failing waterproofing system, our team completed the full removal of the existing membrane, extensive concrete substrate repairs, and drainage and penetration rectification across all three roofs before installing a new polyurethane membrane system to a high standard. The project also required the careful removal and full reinstatement of 126 air conditioning units to allow unobstructed access to the roof surfaces, a logistical challenge our team managed without impact to building residents.
