Plexxcon is delivering a full landscape refurbishment of the ground level open space areas at Horton Apartments, transforming the precinct’s communal spaces into modern, functional environments for residents.

Works are being staged across three distinct areas, with each stage carefully sequenced to maintain safe, compliant access to all units throughout the duration of the project. The site remains fully operational, an important consideration in a live residential environment, and the programme has been structured to align with trade availability and minimise disruption to residents at every phase.

The scope encompasses demolition and reconstruction of existing garden beds, installation of new garden lighting throughout all areas, irrigation alterations, tiling works, and new wayfinding signage, providing a comprehensive refresh that addresses both the functional and aesthetic elements of the space.

The project reflects Plexxcon’s capability in occupied-site delivery; managing the complexity of live environments, coordinating trades across a structured staging programme, and maintaining the standard of care residents expect without compromising on quality or programme.
