Plexxcon were engaged under a design and construct contract following a lump sum tender process. Aldi was expanding their loading dock, which required installation of a new goods hoist for other existing tenants to access back of house areas. This also required alternate fire exit paths and corridors to be created in the rear of several operational tenancies without affecting trade.

In conjunction with this work, Plexxcon also completed a plant room access upgrade for the centre ready for the Aldi shopfront expansion.
