Removal of existing vegetation and timber rotunda structures with in the forecourt area between two existing classroom blocks. All surface concrete slabs were removed and new mains cabling, conduits and cables were installed to prepare for the new Library building. Hoardings were placed around the work area to prevent student access and maintain safe isolation during construction.

Successfully delivered on time and on budget.
