Plexxcon have completed the construction of a new tilt panel warehouse for D&S Plumbing in Chermside.

The state of the art design consists of a 440m2 open warehouse, foyer, amenities, storage room and a suspended slab mezzanine which will include an open plan work pool, kitchen, external deck & outdoor BBQ.

The new commercial land development located in the middle of Chermside is a mixture of commercial and industrial units, with tight site access and poor ground conditions.

We are delighted to have been able to bring this project to life for the team at D&S Plumbing providing them with an incredible new office environment and warehouse.
