Our team are pleased to have been able to partner with DCWC and BHC to deliver the recladding of 5 Green Square Close, Fortitude Valley. This building is fully occupied with public housing residents, and the works involved the removal and replacement of cladding to the soffits. Access was planned to the hour to ensure access through residents units to each and every balcony is possible at agreed times.

The Plexxcon team were able to work closely with the Client and on site management to ensure safety was maintained at all times and minimal disruption was made to normal operations of the building. Our team were successfully able to complete this project ahead of program for our Client.
