Plexxcon successfully delivered a demountable learning facility for the LDS Church in Burpengary, marking the company’s sixth completed project for the Church.

The facility was constructed using four prefabricated modules built entirely offsite, while civil and hardstand works, including accessible parking and landscaping, were carried out simultaneously on site. This parallel-construction approach enabled the full project to be delivered in just five months.

The project highlights Plexxcon’s expertise in complex modular construction, demonstrating how offsite fabrication can drive efficiency without compromising quality or functionality.
