The Parkside Apartments Nundah Remediation project is a prime example that showcases Plexxcon’s ability to perform complex construction work in a live and operational environment. This project’s scope involves the removal and replacement of structural sections of the AFS walls, both externally and internally, whilst keeping the integrity of the building’s structure in place.

This involves extensive propping of the structure for construction to be undertaken and the building to be supported during this. Following the removal and replacement of the walls we will reinstate the units that have been effected by the works completing refurbishments and repairs to individual unit’s bathrooms and bedrooms as required. This project has tight access requirements and scaffolding being installed on the footpath at the front of the building; this results in a high level of detail in the coordination and planning of the works and a key focus on the safety management for not only our workers but also pedestrians and the residents of the complex.
