Plexxcon were engaged under a design and construct agreement to replace the failing hardstand to Reecce’s Enoggera facility. The asphalt was weathered and cracked from constant use, which was making forklift and pedestrian movements unsafe.

The yard space was removed and boxed down to levels of approximately 600mm, for replacement subgrade to be imported to site and compacted. A new concrete hardstand was constructed whilst maintaining operation of the delivery’s spaces, and customer traffic flow for the store.
