Shore Hire have recently relocated to larger premises, and Plexxcon were engaged to complete the make good of their existing site ready for the next tenant to move in.

Works included hardstand rectification, repainting of internal and external to the main office, replacement of light fittings, replacement of skylight roof sheeting, and roofing rectifications. The site was also fully pressure cleaned and landscaping trimmed and line marking reapplied.

Works were completed in a compressed timeframe, ready for the start of the new tenant’s entry date.
