Plexxcon have been engaged to deliver a Design and Construct Upgrade to Evoro’s Liquid Waste Management Facility at Stapylton, enabling an increased processing capacity within existing approvals and site constraints. The scope comprises reconfiguration of the main treatment plant, installation of new process equipment, remediation of existing structures and construction of new bunded chemical storage areas. Chemical handling and stormwater infrastructure upgrade include site regarding to address site ponding and the implementation of a new wetland system. Access and hardstand improvements are also being undertaken to support ongoing operations. Site wide electrical upgrades, including main consumer upgrades and hardstand lighting, will enable safe night-time operations. Hydraulic and fire service upgrades are being delivered to support the expanded facility requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulatory obligations. All works are being delivered within a live operating environment and are carefully staged to maintain uninterrupted facility operations while prioritising safety, environmental management and program certainty.
