Plexxcon have recently finished works on the Alexandra Headlands, ‘The Headlands’ Re-Roof project.

This project’s scope of works includes removal of the existing roof across the entire apartment complex and installation of a new roof to help mitigate water damage to the units. The Headlands apartment is remaining fully operational throughout the project’s duration with all units still tenanted. This project required a high level of detail and planning from the team to ensure a smooth and successful project.
