Plexxcon have recently been engaged on an ECI contract for a tenancy defit at Strathpine Shopping Centre to create a warm shell tenancy for a new Direct Chemist Outlet store. The project consists of demolition of five existing tenancy fixtures and finishes, reinstatement/makegood for a 300m2 warm shell fit out alongside mall reinstatement works.

Our team are on a tight design and construct timeframe for the base building shell and services, to ensure the incoming tenant can commence their fitout in the coming month.
