Plexxcon were engaged for the 505 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley Cladding Replacement project. This project was based centrally in the city with works being completed on the Brisbane City Council building.

The scope of works included the removal of combustible ACP Cladding, rectifications to the framework underneath the cladding and finally the installation of new non-combustible aluminium cladding across the roof and each side of the building.

This project had tight site restrictions being located in the middle of the city and required a high level of detail and coordination between our team, stakeholders and subcontractors to complete this project to a high standard.
